Holding B.Tech and M.Tech qualifications and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), she brings 28 years of experience spanning corporate organizations and academia.
Her corporate career includes leadership positions at EMA India, LML, and Onida, where she served as Production Head and Corporate Quality Head. Her experience in operational management, quality assurance, and team leadership provides valuable industry insight into preparing students for professional careers.
At LIET, her focus is on strengthening industry–academia relationships, developing corporate partnerships, enhancing student employability, and facilitating career opportunities through structured training and placement initiatives. She is committed to mentoring students, promoting professional development, and aligning institutional training with evolving industry expectations.
