FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS !!
1. Is FMIC-SMCI 2026 going to be conducted online, on-site, or both?
The hybrid format of FMIC-SMCI 2026 will allow for both in-person and online participation. Every presentation will be aired globally.
2. Can I use a pre-recorded video or give a presentation remotely?
Indeed. Presentations that are recorded or given remotely are acceptable. For comprehensive instructions, please get in touch with the organizer.
3. Will there be post-event access to presentation recordings?
Indeed. Presenters might ask the organizer to record their own presentation. You need to get other presenters’ permission before you can access their recordings.
4. Will a Certificate of Presentation or Participation be given to me?
Indeed. Following the conference, certificates will be provided upon request. If you need one, please let the organizer know in advance.
5. What is the duration of the review process?
One to three working days are needed for the initial screening. Your submission will move on to peer review, which usually takes a month or so, if it makes it past this point.
6. What percentage of proposals are accepted or rejected?
The rate of acceptance is roughly 60%. Every full-paper submission is examined by a minimum of two to three impartial reviewers.
7. When is the deadline for submissions?
There is a final deadline in addition to rolling monthly deadlines.
8. When should I make the payment and when will I receive the invoice?
Payment instructions and the advised payment period will be provided along with the acceptance letter. Invoices can be requested from the organizer.
9. What is the process for dealing with plagiarism?
It is highly recommended that authors use expert plagiarism detection software to proofread their work before submitting it. The submission will be rejected, not published, and might be used as a bad example on our website if plagiarism is found. In these situations, the authors are solely responsible.
10. Do accepted manuscripts have a publishing guarantee?
Not always. The publisher will conduct a final review of accepted manuscripts. Academic misconduct is strongly prohibited by the committee, which also retains the authority to take appropriate action.
11. Can accepted papers be guaranteed to be indexed by the conference?
No. Indexing decisions are not under the organizer’s control. However, the possibility of indexing is greatly raised by collaborating with respectable publishers and adhering to a strict peer-review procedure.
