All papers must be submitted via Easy Chair IC3EHS 2023 is soliciting original, previously unpublished, and high-quality research papers addressing research challenges and advances in Smart Communication and Imaging Systems. The maximum allowable length of the paper is 12 pages (including figures, tables, and references) for regular research articles strictly in SPRINGER SINGLE COLUMN FORMAT. Articles will be Peer-Reviewed by Technical Program Committee and external reviewers to decide their suitability for publication at the conference. Submissions should use the general Springer template with a minimum font size of 10 points. All papers must include a title, complete contact information for all authors, and keywords on the cover page. The corresponding author should be identified clearly.
